Girl Bought a Little Kitten And It Grew To The Size Of a Wolf
My family had an experience similar to this. My mother took in a small kitten (the smallest kitten I’d ever seen in my entire life) whose Siamese mother had gone up into the hills and came back pregnant. The person we got the kitten from said it was female, so my mom named it Tinkerbell, because it was so tiny. Later on, we discovered it was half bobcat, and… it was a “he”. Tinkerbell was big, heavy and could tear out a huge chunk of your flesh with one swipe of his massive paws. I’m not going to lie
Tinkerbell could be scary at times (especially when he wanted to play), but he was also such a loving cat and so fun to live with. I loved Tinkerbell. He really was a member of the family.Damn, that’s a big boy even for a Maine coon and he still has a few years to grow. Both are lucky to have found each other and I am beyond jealous! I can tell that mega floof is as sweet as he is big.I also got a Maine Coon. He was so tiny when we first got him that we jokingly called him a Little Rat because of his furrless tail. I love this breed, Cedrik literally has a cat hardware with dog software. Sits and waits like a dog, can fetch and loves water. He’s also one heavy son of a gun 😀Clifford the Big Red dog, Meet Kefir The Big White Cat. They have essentially the same origin story. Adopted when they were very small and grew to a surprisingly massive sizeI adopted an adult Maine Coon from the local shelter and he was the best cat that I could have ever had!! In fact, my second grandson is named in his honor, Spencer. He was named after the great actor Spencer Tracy! I miss him everyday!! They are one of the most beautiful breeds!! They are very affectionate, self reliant and incredible hunters as well! I can’t tell you how many times I had to take rabbits to my vet in hopes that they could save them!! RIP Spencer ❤️
I had an experience similar to this. My previous cat, Gizmo, died of kidney failure that age 16. A few days later I went to the animal shelter and was chosen by this small, under fed gray cat that weighed 4 pounds. It jumped into my lap and would let any other cat come near. I adopted her. Little did I know what was going to happen. Within 6 months she weighed in at 17 pounds. In a year she was at 22 pounds and it is all muscle not fat. She likes to come in the shower with me (I really think she just likes it when I rub her dry and brush fur afterward).
She also likes to sleep under the covers with me. She seems to have stabilized at 22 pounds, but who knows. She might decide she wants to be bigger! LOLYou just can’t beat a cat and that’s one hell of a cat!Absolutely stunning, you’re very lucky to have such a majestic friend.I’d love that fella stretched out on my sofa purring. No better relaxing sound than a cat purring.I love and respect all animals but the cat is the ultimate animal for me it has everything.Wonderful creatures .Same thing happened to me my son at the time was 5 & brought home a little cat that was in rough shape. Long story short we nursed him back to health & it turned out to be a huge mainecoon, huge sweet animal. Coolest cat I have ever been around
